Education
Douglas offers the most bachelor’s degrees and post-degree programs of any college in B.C., and is noted for combining the academic foundations of a university with the career-ready skills of a college. Each year, close to 17,000 students (including 4,210 international students from over 92 countries) take for-credit courses at Douglas. First Impressions
I just had 3 classes till now. From my experience the classes are very interesting and the teachers seem to love what they do which is very rare to see where I am from. The classroom environment is very engaging it's not just listening to boring lectures for hours. Overall I Love it.
Interest in Douglas College's course
Hello! Being a part of Douglas College's post-baccalaureate digital marketing program has been, and continues to be, an enlightening journey for me. What's resonating the most? high quality of interactions with students through interesting simulations , challenging and difficult games in which we compete. It's about diving deep into the strategies and understanding the nuances behind them. This approach makes every class feel like an interactive session rather than a standard lecture. Another sense of community is another aspect I'm truly enjoying is community spirit that is charming. Every individual is not just a student but a valuable contributor, making our collective learning experience richer and more profound.
Smart Pick??!
Douglas College is a quality option if you are looking for a lower?cost education. Small class sizes allow for more interaction with professors, and the?transfer options to UBC and SFU make it a smart stepping stone. The campuses are convenient but?can be congested, and while student services helpful, they can be slow. If you want a practical, inexpensive education at a?quality school with good support, Douglas is it!
