Upon successful completion of the Kellogg-HKUST Executive MBA program offered by The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, graduates will be awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree jointly by the Northwestern University and HKUST. Graduates will become alumni of both Universities.

Applicants seeking admission to a master's degree program should have obtained a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution, or an approved equivalent qualification.
Applicants have to fulfill English Language requirements
Eight years of full-time post-qualification work experience
Must be sponsored and supported by the company
