Overview

To gain a deeper understanding of the field, or to specialize your degree, you can choose four communication electives in topics like public relations (PR) writing and planning, crisis communication, strategic social media communication, and digital publishing. Your final four electives can be taken from within the communication department or from departments throughout the university to better customize your degree for your career goals.

A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university.
Preferably a GPA of 3.0.
If your GPA is below 3.0, we recommend you submit GRE scores with your application. GRE scores are evaluated based on your performance in the verbal reasoning and analytical writing sections. If GRE scores are not available, you are still encouraged to apply.
