do not meet our master’s degree entry requirements
have an academic background that does not fully align with the field of the chosen degree
want to take an academic refreshment due to the education gap and/or transition from professional to university environment

The educational aims of the pre-master’s programme are to:

develop students’ fundamental knowledge and understanding of the key elements of their interest field

consolidate in students a broad range of transferable academic literacy, as well as research and analytical skills, to succeed at postgraduate study level

ensure that students have attained the required level of academic English language proficiency to cope with the rigours of postgraduate study
