Kinesiology from California State University Los Angeles is preparing students in careers such as exercise and fitness, rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise, physical education teaching, community leadership; or the sports industry; and (b) embark on further graduate study in a doctoral program in Kinesiology or a related discipline.

Understand and apply the principles of exercise testing and prescription to diverse populations at various developmental stages and under a range of health conditions

Evaluate the scientific literature in the discipline, understand and synthesize relevant information from it, and be able to convey this information both orally and in writing.
