Official undergraduate transcript showing the completion of a bachelor's degree (minimum grade point average preferred is 3.0 on a 4-point scale).

A response to the following four essay questions (3-4 double-spaced pages).

Journalism work samples (newspaper clips and/or hyperlinks to video, demo reels, audio, photo essays, data visualizations, and journalism portfolios to demonstrate experience and familiarity with news reporting and production). For applicants without a background in journalism, you can submit a writing sample from a class.

Résumé or curriculum vitae. GRE scores are not required but may be submitted to strengthen an application.
