Description

This scholarship is open to full time, on-campus, self-funding applicants who are either Nigerian nationals or are living in Nigeria at the point of application.

The value of the scholarship is £4,000.

Eligibility

  • You must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission for an eligible postgraduate taught course at the University of Stirling starting in September or January.
  • You must be classed as an International student for tuition fee purposes.
  • You must be living in Nigeria at the point of application.
  • You must enter directly into a full-time postgraduate degree programme, delivered at the University’s Stirling campus.
  • This scholarship cannot be combined with any other Stirling scholarship or award (the exception being the University of Stirling’s Sports Scholarships). If offered more than one University of Stirling award, then the highest value award will be applied.

Eligible students will automatically be identified as part of the admissions process and a scholarship offer sent usually within one week of receiving an offer to study. No separate application is required for this award.

Once a scholarship offer is made, you will be required to pay a £1,000 deposit to secure the scholarship by the relevant deadline outlined below. Details of how to pay will be included in the scholarship offer letter.
