Description
The CARE Scholarship set up by Sciences Po in partnership with the Foundation DRG supports Canadian students who wish to study at the Paris School of International Affairs (PSIA), Sciences Po, and who intend to pursue a career in the area of environmental sustainability, energy transition and/or climate adaptation and resilience.
Benefits
The CARE scholarship provides a significant contribution to student tuition fees and also covers some of the living costs in Paris and travel to/from Paris and Canada over both years of the 2-year Master program or for the 1st year (spent at Sciences Po) of a Dual Degree program.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the CARE scholarship, Applicants must:
- Be a citizen of Canada
Be admitted to a regular 2-year Master program or a Dual Degree in one of the following areas of specialisation:
- Environmental Policy
- International Energy Transitions
If students are admitted to Dual Degrees, including the Master in Environmental Science and Policy, the scholarship will only cover the first year at PSIA.
The CARE scholarship cannot be combined with other scholarships such as the Eiffel or Boutmy scholarships.

For the 2026/27 academic year, Candidates for the CARE scholarship must first apply to, and be admitted to, the Master in Environmental Policy or the Master in International Energy Transitions at PSIA, Sciences Po. Applications to the Master must be completed as normal on the Sciences Po admissions website.
Then, candidates must submit the scholarship application form.
PSIA will evaluate applications and make decisions about scholarships on a rolling basis.
