Students applying for the dual degree Architecture and Real Estate Development program at University of Maryland will complete fewer courses (permitted overlap of courses) than if they took each degree program separately.

The dual degrees combines course work from the Graduate real estate and business management programs to enable a student to complete the Business Administration and Real Estate Development program from University of Maryland with fewer total credits than it would take to complete the two separately and sequentially.
