The Human Factors and Ergonomics program of the University of Minnesota is an interdisciplinary program with graduate faculty representing the College of Design, the College of Science and Engineering, the College of Education and Human Development, the College of Liberal Arts, the School of Public Health, and the Carlson School of Management.
Given the inherently interdisciplinary nature of cognitive science, the Cognitive Science program of the University of Minnesota is structured to allow students the flexibility to pursue a wide variety of research topics and to integrate methodologies and perspectives from different disciplines.
