Description

The KLI primarily supports theoretical research in the fields of evolutionary developmental biology and evolutionary cognitive science. In addition, start-up grants and infrastructural support are available for empirical projects complementary to ongoing, behavioral and evolutionary research at the KLI.

Eligibility

Students holding a master´s or doctoral degree who are enrolled in an academic curriculum or are affiliated with a university department.

Duration

Extension of one year maximum, pending review.

You are normally required to take an English Proficiency Test if you come from a non-English speaking country.

Most European Universities recognise the IELTS test. More information

Application information

Potential applicants should contact the scientific manager and submit a formal application and detailed project description in English. The applicant may then be invited to give a talk on their past research and planned project. The project proposals will be sent out for external review and evaluated by the Board of Directors, depending on open positions.
